How to Order
You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Amex) through Paypal. All credit / debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card user. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Jo Waterfield liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery
All products will be dispatched as soon as the order is ready, between 24 hours and 3 weeks depending on the piece. You will be contacted via email as to the progress of your order.

Return of goods
We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us iin it's original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item
